Improving the quality of life in Southcentral Kentucky is the mission of Med Center Health. That’s why we created our ever-expanding programs, events and classes to help you take charge of your health and improve your wellness.

From our disease management programs such as diabetes education and medical nutrition therapy, to health screenings for blood pressure, cholesterol and others, we present information, give encouragement and help you establish healthy habits.

Med Center Health offers Medical Nutrition Therapy with a registered dietitian for management of nutrition-related diseases. The dietitians at Med Center Health can teach you the real facts about food and what to eat, so you can make the right choices for a healthy lifestyle. Whether you need help managing a chronic illness such as diabetes or want to lose weight through a medically-proven nutritional weight loss program, we can help.

We also provide one-on-one counseling to quit smoking. BREATHE is a program for smoking cessation that is accredited by the Council for Tobacco Treatment Training Programs. Membership Programs presented by Medical Center Health & Wellness provide provide ways for men, women and seniors to fulfill their wellness goals. Men’s Health Alliance, The Women’s Center and the Senior Health Network offer specific information and education for each group. Events are designed to help you meet others with similar goals and keep you motivated.
